What payments do you accept?
At this moment we accept all major credit cards only (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc)
Are there any taxes on my order?
Our main office is located in California, so all orders going to this state will get taxed on their total sales purchase.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping will vary depending on the amount of units purchased and product type. We only charge a small fee so it’s definitely more than reasonable. The only time this does not apply is if we have a promotion going on for free shipping which we will have from time to time.
Is the art ready to hang?
By default, the order is not ready to hang unless you add the wooden frame option. This will increase the price, but our deals are the best on the market and these cannot be found in stores!
How long does it take for me to get my order?
Shipping varies, but is estimated to take 12-20 days when processed. Processing order take 3-7 days. With this timeline, the earliest estimate time for an item to arrive (including processing) to most customers would be 15 and latest estimate of 27 days. In reality, we have seen customers getting orders as early as 13 days while most is around 17 days and some at 21 days or more.
I just placed an order, but I didn’t get a confirmation email. What’s going on?
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
Typically you will receive an email immediately, but in some cases please allow up to 24 hours for it to arrive. If you're still unable to locate your order, please send an email to email@example.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
Where’s my package? How do I track it?
Your package goes through a certain process. Once purchased, your order usually starts the process approximately 24 hours later (enough time for most people to make corrections, updates, or cancellation request if needed). It takes around 3 to 7 days to prepare your art canvas for shipping and to leave the facility. When this happen, the tracking numbers are generated and usually take about 4 to 5 days to update and confirmed to be en route. At this point, you should have received and email with your tracking and order status. You can either click on the link or copy the tracking number and visit www.usps.com. From there you can paste in the tracking number in the appropriate search box. USPS usually has the most up to date current information about your package's whereabouts. However be patient if you do not see any update as they usually do take some time for new updates. At this point your package should take about another 8 to 15 days or so to arrive depending on your location.
Why do I have two tracking number?
Every now and then for larger orders or certain products, your item may be shipped separately in two packages either to safely ship the item, get items to arrive faster, or base on availability, etc. However do not worry, you were not double billed or received a wrong order. We will ship this way from time to time at our own discretion and this is usually for your benefit. It will not affect your shipping estimate in anyway unless we notify you otherwise.

Why is my refund taking so long?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us (via the Contact Us tab, or email firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss your situation.
